  • I read other reviews before going to this dentist. Sorry to hear about the person who got the raffle from bridal expo. I tossed my name in at the women's expo recently and received a text that I won free teeth whitening also. I called ahead of time to ask all the questions....is there a copay? do i pay a percentage? and was told nothing. Spoke with Shelly and she was helpful and very nice. Even set up a cleaning when she let me know my insurance has them as a provider. I just got back from the office and it took me ten minutes to fill out new client info. The girls at desk were extremely friendly. Had no issues during xrays....I mean xrays in your mouth people....of course it is going to be slightly uncomfortable, but nothing I haven't experienced before at dentists. Dr Sutton was extremely nice to me and no one pushed me into anything. I definitely will be making them my new dentist and going back.....and I live in Surprise so that's saying something. Can't wait to try the teeth whitening kit I got!!!!!! I am sorry, but I did forget the technician that cleaned my teeth.....incredibly NICE and FRIENDLY woman!!!!!! Thank you for an awesome visit and helping me leave western dental for your team!!
