  • I've always loved Pei Wei and never had any complaints. This past visit was the worst I have ever had. As I'm typing this, it's been over 45 mins and I still haven't received my food. I get it, restaurants get busy and what not, but you don't let guests wait this long for something as simple as a rice bowl. If there is back up, you let your guests know. It's absolutely ridiculous that even when I brought it to one of the employees attention, they didn't even offer an apology. If I'm going to spend a little under $20 for a one person meal, I better be getting the type of service that matches the price tag I just paid. Also, my food just came and it's semi cold. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Never returning.
