I got the oil change and wash last time. The employee found me in the waiting area and brought over the air filter and in-cabin air filter so I would authorize replacements. The air filter was only 5,000 miles old. After I told him that, he relented and agreed he could use the air hose on it to clean it up a bit. The most annoying thing was the in cabin filter. He did not replace it properly and left the cover on the floor of the car instead of replacing it. He did not bother to even shake it out as it shed lots of dust when I removed it so that I could put it back in properly. I also had a windshield chip fixed and unfortunately they left a mark on the windshield (about 3 inches in diameter) that did not come off and that I cannot remove by washing. I suspect it is epoxy. In any case, the car seemed worse off after their service than before, except for the oil itself.
