  • I called and made an appt to come in for the 1st time as a new customer. They told me to come 10 min early to do paper work. My appt was at 12:30 so I showed up at 12:20. I checked in and did all my paperwork, and so the wait began. About 12:50 I asked if I should reschedule because my appt was suppose to start at 12:30. The girl at the front desk said let me go check?????!!!! I had been sitting in front of her the whole time. She was polite, just seemed unsure. Maybe she was new. She came back and said u are next. No apology or any general concern of my time. So I waited. I was not called back until 1:07pm!!!! I went to one room did some tests, waited again in another waiting room for about 15 min then saw the doctor, did some more tests.. and then waited in the waiting room for another 30 min!!!! I didn't get out of there til 2pm. So because of the lack of organization I give a 1 star.
