  • I saw this featured as one of the best places to get noodles at on Eater Vegas and knew I had to come. I loved the set up of a cafeteria where you order your main entree and then you can add on extra tempura or onigiri. They also have a Calpico machine!! I got the nabeyaki, but I thought that it was strange that there was beef in it. It was very filling and came in the traditional heavy stone pot. The broth was good and the noodles had a good chew to them. It was nice to see in line that the noodles were being made fresh. I'll have to come back for their other dishes.
