  • I feel everyone's anger lol. I tried to go in just to make a payment and they closed 10mins early and ignored me. I didn't even have to talk to them just use the machine. When I came in 2 days later I just wanted to get some answers regarding my bill and without taking my info the employee said it was because of late fees taxes and charges but when she finally checked they charged me for a service and modem I never got. *Also if you need to call they don't transfer your calls. Waited 20mins 3 times.
