*Brace yourself this is a long but an honest warning to those of you thinking about joining.!
This gym has an excellent concept. The staff is great. Most of all what is great are the workouts. They can teach any one how to find the athlete in themselves; this however does come with a steep price tag $134 a month to be exact. This allows you unlimited classes. Their are other packages for two classes a week at 89$ a month. I started with the eight classes a month package and progressed to the unlimited plan. I was a member for six months until a car accident changed that for me. Even though I had a Dr's note to cancel my membership I was still charged the full $134 because Courtney the sales associate told me I needed 30days notice regardless of the circumstances. Ouch that one hurt but I was ok with following the policy. I tend not to be a rule breaker. I came into the location on 12/21/15 to hand in my dr's notice for cancellation and was met by the rudest man I've encountered in a long time. Todd the branch manager. He raised his voice to me and without even looking up my account read my note and asked for my , "diagnosis." Anyone ever heard of a little thing called HIPPA. I suggest you look it up Todd. I endured his rudeness and left after signing my cancellation policy. By the end of my visit he'd seemed to come to his senses and lowered his tone to a respectful level again. He said, " I will call you personally when this goes through. " as of today 1/15/16 I had not heard from him. I called and left a message For him at noon and then had to call back at 3:00pm only to be told that he remembered me and to be yelled at again. He claimed to have looked up my account and said it was closed. Yet he never called me back. He said that is how it works for everyone! He wasn't making sense and was defensive. It's been months but I waited until my case was settled out of court to write this review. I haven't included all the non sense words that he used toward me because it's pointless. The point of this review is to let you know that it's just like any other gym they are kind to you at first but hide a lot of details in the fine print. Save yourself the hassle and join a ten dollar a month gym and look up how to work out on YouTube and God forbid you're injured in an accident you'll suffer Todd's wrath. I called and asked how I could speak to someone above Todd or even Frank the branch owner and was told, "I don't know." By Adriana.
