I have mixed emotions when I write this. I've not had very much luck with the chain (I've reviewed another location) as I question there business etiquette, but I think it's important to support local neighborhood businesses, so I gave it a chance. I've been in a couple times to get pedicures and the ladies did a really good job. I was very happy. They were talented and very kind. I stopped in again about a half an hour before closing for an eyebrow wax (which takes five minutes). The place was sparkling clean and they were more than ready to close. I asked if they were closed and I was told yes, they close at 5pm to which I clarified, "but it is 430... and your closed?"
It was an awkward silence so I just decided to take my business elsewhere.
The employees are very nice and do a good job, however, customer service and work ethic is important, especially on those few splurges I allow myself, and I tip well, so I will not be returning.
