  • Absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff here - from the dolphin trainers to the gift shop staff - were all absolutely fantastic, helpful and friendly, with smiles on all their faces. Clearly, every one of them loves working here (no wonder!) and it shows. The live training shows with the dolphins were fabulous, and we caught a couple of different ones with different dolphins. The baby dolphin has quite a personality and seemed to love performing! The downstairs viewing area was clean and interesting. The tables and chairs provided throughout were well-kept and comfortable with plenty of umbrellas provided for shade if you want to sit and watch the dolphins for a while. Into the secret garden area, and you enter a densely treed, shady and cool area. There is a free filtered water dispenser here if you are thirsty after making your way through - super nice. The animal habitats are well kept, and the cats are clearly spoiled and a bit lazy - haha. No, truly, they were cats and fun to watch rolling around and playing with their toys. They seem like very happy animals. As an additional plus, we ran into Siegfried while wandering through! What an amazing man. He took quite a bit of time to chat with us and is truly a friendly and wonderful person. I was thrilled as I've been a huge fan of his for my entire life. This was ABSOLUTELY the highlight of my trip to Vegas this year.
