  • I found this company while online looking to learn how to replace louver staples for my shutters. In the video they mention that they will mail you the staples if you need it. So I emailed on a Friday morning, I received a response from George a few hours later and had my staples in the mailbox on Monday morning. It was great! This is GREAT customer service to receive from a company that I didn't even purchase any shutters from! So, I will be sure to contact them when it comes time to replace them! Thanks so much!! Tanya
