  • It pains me to write this review. I like this place. I really do. Good prices for the quality of food. My problem is that no one seems to know or care how beef should be served cooked to order. I have ordered Prime Rib or the Sirloin here around 9 times in the past two months. I normally would order Med-Rare. But after 4/5 orders delivered over cooked (twice I received fully Well Done end cuts), I decided to try ordering Rare. It worked one time, the other two times it was closer to Medium to Medium-Well. Tonight I ordered the Prime Rib Rare, you can see in the picture what I received. This piece of meat is on the border of Well-Done. It's a pure crap shoot here. Ive seen lucky people at tables next to me get their food as ordered. I've seen a bunch of people send the order back. You would think that the cook, server, or hostess would know the difference between Rare and Well-Done. But they either don't or just don't care. Another interesting experience....Ordered the Prime Rib to go, told the hostess to make sure that I received Au Jus and Creamy Horseradish in the to go bag upon ordering. (my previous 3 to go's did not include this, even though it comes standard when you order at table). Go to pick up my order and no Au Jus or Horseradish in the bag. Nicely asked the hostess to get me some. After a few minutes she comes out with 2 Au Jus and no Horseradish. Nicely explain to her again that I wanted Horseradish too, she seemed not to understand, I said it several times. She comes back with 4 packs of Relish. Yes, Green Pickle Relish. Manager was standing there when she came back as I had this WTF look on my face. She fetched the Horseradish.. These people need some serious training and quality control.
