rev:text	So, so horrible. I did minimal research when coming here because I assumed that any establishment in Tivoli Village would be a phenomenal one. I will start off by saying that I am somewhat of a doormat (lol .) When my hairstylist sat me down and had no clue how to do anything I asked without consulting another stylist THAT should've been a red flag to run the hell out of there. She wore flip flops and bared her belly button ring which I thought was very inappropriate, not to mention- unhygienic. My hair was dyed twice in one sitting because she didn't know what she was doing the first time? Flung hair dye all over me, dipped my blonde ends in it and chopped my hair off in a way that even my kindergartener would disapprove of. I have a skin condition that she was aware of and she still had me sit under the heater for much too long which resulted in a burn. Luckily, another hairstylist ran to turn it off since my hairdresser was no where to be found. I left disappointed but tried to seem as content as possible to not hurt any feelings. I was not acknowledged whatsoever when I left the building, NOR when I emailed the manager about the situation. For two weeks, my sweet coworkers called me "penis head" because it literally looked like there was a SHAFT of hair that didn't belong. I made an appointment at another salon to which the hairstylist said "no offense to whoever cut your hair, but this is the biggest hack job I've ever seen." I've also noticed that most of these positive reviews are from HAIRSTYLISTS at this salon!!! Including the one that chopped my hair!!
