  • The manager Jamie is extremely rude, her poor temper has ruined the trust I had in the care and treatment of my dogs. Instead of answering a question, she instantly jumped down my throat, slamming keys on the keyboard, then stormed off without a full answer to my question or an apology to her actions. If that is how she handles customer service, maybe she should not be a manager. Never again will I step foot in this facility. If you can't treat me with respect, then you have no business dealing with my pets.
