I went in to return a non prescription product (CVS brand) I had purchased two days ago with the receipt in hand. The pharmacist asked what was wrong with it. I told her it wasn't working for me and it actually had the opposite effect on me. Sonja the pharmacist said we don't return products just because it does not work for you. Told me to go to front of store and call manager. This did not sound right to me. I went to the cashier in the front and I gave him my receipt and said I would like to return it. He smiled and said no problem. He returned it but I am not okay with the way the pharmacist spoke to me. If she is following CVS policy and I just got lucky the other cashier returned it...well than why would anyone ever buy CVS products because it's a big hassle and they do not guarantee thier stuff.
