  • Visible Voice is one of my favorite businesses in Cleveland. The bookshop is quaint and relaxed; the book selection is just amazing. It's definitely the kind of bookstore that makes you want to quit your job and spend your paltry savings on books about urban farming, gender studies, and every book written about, in, or around cleveland ever. yes, it is good. some of the people who work there: not-so-good. like, in particular, one guy. he seems nice enough, but also pretty stoned most of the time and is just not helpful. i ordered a book through him for a christmas gift. after waiting 2 weeks to receive a phone call that it had come in, i went there myself. he had never ordered it! oh well. the next time i saw him, i picked up the book that i had re-ordered and we had the exact same conversation that we had when i ordered it for the first time! hell-OOO. still, VV is the best.
