I've had constant frustration with Purolator over the last several months. They have a policy of not leaving a delivery notice when the driver can't reach anyone. Unlike UPS and Canada Post who have many convenient locations for package pickup, Purolator defaults to the Calgary NE location and without the delivery notice, you have to wait for them to leave a phone message. I've had "Overnight" packages take nearly a week and a 60 KM round trip to be put in my hands. That kills all savings and convenience of shopping online. Currently I won't do business with companies that use Purolator as their couriers.
