Once again Cox Communications does not have "communication" in their vocabulary. I have been with Cox for over 30 years. They continually disappoint me when it comes to customer service. My phones went out the other day, and a technician came out the following day and diagnosed the problem as a bad wire. However, he did not fix the problem. Another appointment was scheduled for the following day at 1-3 pm. No one showed up until 4:30 pm. When I asked how long he had been a sub contractor he did not answer. It appears, as usual these people do not get the required training. He knew basically nothing and even had the incorrect work order. Finally he had to call his boss who showed up an hour later. After that another technician also showed up. Four people in two days. They finally resolved the problem at 6:30 pm. If Cox had more competition, I am convinced they would lose half of there customers. The only consolation is I called the following day and received a credit for there incompentence.
