  • If I could do not over again, I would've NEVER used them. Because our agent gave us bad info, (after we tried explaining about being overseas, and what goes along with that), we almost weren't able to sell our house at the last minute. Agents promise you the world before you sign, but after, they don't live up to promise. They don't keep you posted and you have to keep on them or they go missing. Up until the last minute before the new owners took over the home, they were just, so-so. Treated as a number like they say they don't do. They even didn't put a pending, or sold sign on the front yard sign when things moved along. Also, on how they "bring the buyers", from there data base....HA! We asked about it multiple times, and they always had an excuse why they didn't have one. Another agent who WASN'T part of their data base brought buyers. I should've gotten a commission do me up selling my house to people when they came through, because they sure as hell didn't do it. They may sell your house, but don't expect all the "hype" they promise. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Go with your local agent or a reference from a friend who can give you the customer service you deserve!
