  • I believe this will be better as they blossom. Growth in any restaurant start up is work. Service is a lil slow with food. Understanding we are 24 hrs in. And there will be tweaks to the staff as they develop. Food: B- The Skate had too much salt. Less salt it would be unbelievable. I love Skate. Steak Tartare: good Calamari: ehhh Stone Crab: lot of work and no mustard sauce, (needed ) Oysters: decent selection. I love Kumamoto Oysters. Check and on the menu. Aioli French Fries: ran out of Aioli. Brought us straight mayo. ****UNACCEPTABLE Cocktails: on par. Crown of Stone: good Promenade: excellent Wine list: eh
