  • I went to check out the gym with my friend & the first time I went I completed a guest card and everything was good. A little dirty with used wipes everywhere on the floor but seemed decent enough gym. I wanted to try out the gym before committing to a membership. This last time that I went I dealt with a very rude woman, who stated she was a manager. Her delivery of what the rules were was horrible with no customer service skills. Not friendly at all. To top it off when I left and retrieved my ID & guest card, the "policy" that was suppose to be followed was again not being followed she actually had to yell out to him to do it. What he was suppose to do was sit down with me and give me information about the membership & if I thought she was rude he was even worse. He handed my stuff and until she told him to give me a guest card he asked "are you gonna get a membership" --- well when you put it that way & give me no information or even try to get me to sign up. Heck no! I'll go see how another gym is because who wants to deal with rude people on a daily basis. Thanks but no thanks!
