  • I went here after purchasing a dealfind voucher. I was quite concerned after reading some other reviews. I was prepared to be told I'd have to pay extra. So no surprise when they came and told me that I needed to pay an extra fee because I had 'excessive pet hair'. This was pretty funny as there was almost no pet hair, and it took them a long time to decide there was pet hair. I declined the fee, and said I could vacuum the whole car for $1. They did a 'quick vacuum" which in the end vacuumed up the 'excesive pet hair'. Haha. Anyways they did a good job cleaning the interior and I was happy with everything. However it should be noted that there is a giant list of exceptions and extra charges all over the shop. SUV's are extra, if it is below zero they won't wash your car, if you have leather seats it's more, if you have 'excessive' aka ANY pet hair there is an extra charge, there is an extra charge to get your washer fluid topped up... and on and on. Wouldn't go back, but I do feel like I got my money's worth for the voucher.
