  • Today was my second treatment application with Aptive. Terrice was my service Pro both times and I wanted him to be recognized for his professionalism, knowledge and concern for details. He remembered that I had a little one and wanted to insure that he was not home before walking in the door. He also wanted to insure that he wouldn't be home for at least 2 hours to give the treatment time to dry. As a mother, this went a long way and it showed that Terrice cared about his job and the health of his customers. Terrice's kind demeanor, charming personality, great customer service and knowledge of Aptive are a huge asset to your team and this encourages me to recommend Aptive to others. 5 stars for Aptive and Terrice!!!!!
