  • Very unpleasant experience. The staff was not helpful at all, and got very rude when I had to tell them to figure out what was going on with my previous tire purchase at the Scottsdale location. All it took was a simple phone call to figure out my problem but instead they made me drive home and back to find a receipt and when I came back they said sorry this doesnt match our records. Waste of my time and no customer service skills. Will not be returning.
