rev:text	This is the worst customer service ever! They charge you for random things, fabricate documents from HOA so they've nickle and dime you on things. I called my HOA and they hasn't sent in any issues but all the sudden they have landscapers here without any warning. I call to see what's going on and they have no clue, the paper work is from 3 months ago and they can't tell me if I'm getting charged or give me any info at all. So the landscaper took 2 of the bushes I planted and put one in the whole and left. Now I call to get answers and NO ONE will talk to me. Called different RPM and they say they get complaints on them ALL THE TIME. I literally had to call corporate to try and get any nswers. This office is ran by a bunch of wanna be Realtors and not one of them has been there for more than 3 months. When I walk in to make a payment they are standing around talking about who got wasted that weekend and I hear them talking very rudely about another renter after they left the office. I should have ran. Run, I mean run! Go to any other place to rent but with them. I pay my bills on time, I'm a good tenant and I pay a LOT to rent this house but no matter what I do, they are always trying to get more money for something!!! I called to ask for the name of the owner or manager and the girl told me she can't tell me! How shady is that?? I'm so glad I don't live close to this office! I'm too cute for prison lol. I hope this company goes out of business and I have some extra time on my hands to contact several media outlets. They love stories about hard working families of 6 getting screwed over.....
