  • If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible. I went in to get my nails filled and reshaped but ended up leaving with my nails looking like a 10 year old did them. I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted (she hardly even glanced at the picture I was showing her) and said ok. Right away she started filing my nails short with the dremel. She did not once ask me how I wanted the length. If she would have took the time to really look at the picture I was showing her she would have seen that the nails were long and not short in any way! I am an extremely nice person and not a confrontational person in any way when it comes to things like this. I was in pain through out the whole process, my pinky started burning like crazy half way through and still feels tender to the touch. Almost every single one of my nails on my left hand is crooked and my middle finger on my right hand has a bunch of product in the middle and hardly any towards the tip of my nail so it looks absolutely horrible! I have no idea how she could look at my nails and let me walk out of the spa with my nails looking the way they do! I will NEVER step foot in this spa again.
