  • This company is so terrible. My AC was out for 7 days. August in Las Vegas is over 100 degrees every day. They don't answer calls or return messages. They don't even show up on time. They had to delay it an extra day because they ordered the wrong part. I was given a window of 8am -2pm and they didn't show or call. I called them 3 times and they of course didn't answer the phone or return my call. I finally called the warranty company and they said they were about an hour behind. Well at about 5 o'clock they show up. They had no sense of urgency or care that it had been 7 days. Terrible company and I would never recommend them. Oh the best part is they charged 850 dollars! My warranty company was able to get it down to 675. Terrible company! I do want to say the technician TY was very nice. I hope he finds a job with a better company.
