  • A+ service! I called them to schedule a repair, the girl on the phone was polite and gave me a reasonable repair time for the next day. Carl came out to help me, and he called to let me know he would be here in 20 minutes, and he was great on timing. Carl was professional and friendly when he introduced himself. He was bright and found the problem in under 10 minutes. He isolated what was wrong without making a mess or damaging anything in my home. He showed me what exactly was wrong so i felt very confident in his work. He had the part readily available in his van, and gave me a fair price immediately. Part was replaced, and he was in and out in less than an hour! Amazing work! I also had him take my oven glass door because I had broken it before, and he took it with him to replace.
