  • They charged us for 4 drinks even though we only asked for 3. Then their ice machine was broken so we asked if they had ice in the back but they said they didn't but would ask one of the employees to go to the restaurant next door to get some but no one ever went, I had to walk over myself and get us all ice. The girl also said that because they knew they had no ice they didn't charge us for the drinks we showed her on our receipt how they had charged us. So we asked them to just give us an extra order of regular smash fries instead of a refund but they forgot to put in the order and we had to ask them again. Terrible service, but the food was good so still gave it 2 stars instead of none.
