  • I don't even know where to start. First of all, we just moved in and we absolutely love this place. It all started when we came to view the apt, it was so last minute and we needed immediate move in. They closed at 6p.m. and I called at about 5:30ish and spoke with Carrie. I knew that usually apts stop showing 30 mins before close, so i was really hoping that they would allow us to come by. Carrie was so pleasant and nice enough to allow us view to view the apt and answer all of our questions with no problem eventhough they were closing in 20-30mins. So i truly appreciated that. Next day (Friday), we applied for the apt and were approved by Monday morning. Very quick approval process. Everything is sent electronically so we didnt have to come back to sign the lease or anything, until move in day. Move in day rolls around and they have all of our paperwork and keys all ready to go! I mean, this is the easiest and best moving process we've ever been through. Once we got the keys and got into the apt, everything was spotless! (And i am a clean freak and very OCD, when it comes to cleanliness) so i was very happy i didnt have to do any additional cleaning upon move in. So we've been here for almost a week and everything is great. Convenient location, close to our gym (Lifetime Fitness), close to many grocery stores, clean property, spacious apt (and we have the "smaller" 2bedroom/2bath, nice scenery, overall just a nice place! Nicole in the office was also very nice and patient with us as well! She answered alot of my questions when i called (and i had ALOT of questions)and was very friendly!
