  • George Mueller, our salesman was great, no high pressure. But the service department is pretty bad. We bought " certified preowned" and the fluid levels were low, spare tire pressure was low, fluid funnel was missing. All of that should have been checked. It took 4 calls just to find out if the oil was changed (they still couldn't tell us when) and the service supervisor still hasn't returned our voicemails. Also, no one informed us that there were two recalls on the car that hadn't been corrected. Lastly, their online inventory is not up to date, so we drove to Scottsdale to see the car and it was actually at Arrowhead. We ended up taking over 4 hours to test drive 3 cars and purchase 1. I've emailed several times and never received an email response. Very disappointing.
