rev:text	The slowest pharmacy ever! Came in from the ER with 3 prescriptions needing filled. Get here they aren't busy, great! Still takes them over an hour. I'm a previous pharmacy tech, it does. It take over an hour to fill three common prescriptions! One of the techs, (his name was Billy)not the pharmacist "consulted" me about my medicines, since when is that a "thing" last I checked by law the pharmacy had to do all consults. Unless things have changed. Get into car, out of habit I count the medicine before leaving the property and sure enough, one of the main medications I needed to fight the virus, I'm shorted 8 capsules. I get it's late, it's 10pm, the pharmacy is open until midnight, these guys may be tired and ready to go home, but you done screw up someone's medication, short them or give them something totally different. Got to consult with the pharmacist when I went back in about the missing capsules, the tech claimed they were counted by machine, and next thing I know he is nowhere to be seen, disappear because you screwed up Billy? The pharmacist Justin T. went over the medicine and was very helpful, turns out I have to eat with one of them and since I have a sensitive stomach I would have gotten sick by not eating with the tablet. Was contemplating whether or not to contact Walgreens corporate. Just too many negatives with this location tonight unfortunately, but I will be calling them today. Crappy customer service is one thing but when you consult and tell the customer something you have zero knowledge about and aren't supposed to, then short them on there medicine, that then poses a problem.
