| - This review is for Buddy V's brunch. It's $34.95 with soda, ice tea, or coffee from 10:30am to 2:30pm (I think) on Saturday and Sunday. In short, it's awesome. It's probably our favorite brunch on The Strip due to the selection, quality, value, and service.
The selection is huge and there's a menu online but for a brief recap there's a carving station (ham, bacon, 2 kinds of sausages), shrimp cocktail, eggs/frittata, charcuterie station, a couple kinds of pasta, meatballs, chicken parmesan, salad, french toast, crespelle, pastries, like 5 kinds of cookies, like 4 kinds of cakes, cannolis, and fruit. A nice touch is that there's two sets of meatballs/chicken parmesan so if one is empty you can get some from the other station. They were great about refilling the dishes and every trip I went up, everything was available.
It's a buffet so don't expect things to be the same as ordering from Buddy V's off the menu. That being said, it was all still very good. Even the fruit was good (because it was sweet), and they had more exotic options like dragon fruit and rambutan as well.
Service was friendly and they were very good about refilling drinks and clearing plates. All that said, I think what you get is very good for the price.
