  • I have come here many many times only because its right down the street from where I work. It's heavily frequented by students but unlike those endearing places in college towns that people line up to go to for breakfast/lunch, this one should be a complete miss unless you are desperate for something quick/fast to scarf down. The bagels are an afterthought. I usually only come in for breakfast, and its either a bagel with cream cheese OR a bagel breakfast sandwich. Not a healthy choice but my god the bagel sandwich is dripping with lard/grease and tasteless. The bacon is complete fat and poor quality. Its really terrible and today I decided enough is enough especially with The Porch at Schenley offering walk up window breakfast of amazing quality for almost the same price!?!?! The service at the Bagel Factory is just pretty poor. They just don't get orders right and you don't get any kind of feeling they want you back. (Looking for a toothbrush now to rinse this grease out of my mouth). What a shame as they occupy a prime corner for people watching and between both colleges on Craig Street.
