  • Grass Roots is shuttering its doors this Friday on June 10! So if you haven't had a chance to visit this juice bar in downtown Las Vegas yet, this week is your last opportunity to do so! I've always wanted to try out a healthy smoothie from Grassroots, and my co-worker finally made it happen when she made the executive decision to get some juices delivered to us via Postmates last week. MINT CAPIGREENO ($9.95): I called the shop for advice on what to order because I was overwhelmed with options. A friendly employee advised me to get the Mint Capigreeno since I'm a fan of mint chocolate chip ice cream. This caffeinated beverage has cacao nibs, mint leaves, and avocado to name a few ingredients. It was smooth and refreshing. 4/5 DTLV will surely miss Grass Roots Juice Bar, and I wish owner Shane the best of luck! YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2016: #39
