| - I am loving this yoga studio! I signed up for the Core Yoga class with Roger. While I am in a terrible shape after not doing yoga for years, I appreciated Roger's explanation and focus on the correct techniques so that our poses are strong, balanced and will not hurt us. It's a tough class for someone in my shape. But you will learn so much and improve. Correct posture has always been my concern and I have taken classes where the instructor does not even acknowledge you and does not help you change/improve your posture. I have left unsure and have not returned. But with Roger's guidance, I know I am working in the correct posture and improving. I have returned.
I have also taken the Ashtanga (L1-2) with Jonny. This is another fantastic class that reminds me of the great yoga classes I took back in El Salvador.
The studio is a bit small, located on the 8th floor of an office building. No bathrooms, have to use the shared ones on the floor. Complimentary water and tea are available. The change room is so tiny (compared to a larger gym such as GoodLife), but it has showers, sink, coat rack and individual lockers.
You are able to reserve your spot online, and I highly recommend you do so, because the classes fill up! In the Core yoga, there are sometimes 12 students, sometimes 15, and that's when the class is capped off.
I have had great experiences with the classes, love the instructors and am terribly happy to be returning to the practice, namaste!
