| - We moved to Vegas in June, and decided pretty quickly that we wanted to go "solar" in the house we bought here. We began the process of researching companies and found that many that operate here were actually based outside of Nevada; some of them don't even have contractor's licenses in Nevada. We narrowed down our search and ended up getting bids from 2 other companies before deciding to go with Robco. The main reason we selected them was Kyle Jones, who came to our house and gave a lengthy, yet clear, explanation of the process, and what we could hope to gain, going to solar. The other companies we spoke with basically sent a sales person who had little to no technical expertise and were thus unable to answer many of the questions we had. Kyle was able to answer all questions, and in language we could understand. He and Colin kept us apprised of the progress and processes involved. After all of our permits, etc. had been secured, a great team (Carlos, Connie, Kyle, and Kekoa) came to our house and got everything installed in one day. They worked a long day, and were very efficient, and polite. They attended to every detail, including using the right color of paint on the exterior of our house to make the conduit seem to disappear. That was a very nice and appreciated touch. Then, last Friday, NV Energy was here, got our new meter installed, and we went "live." It was very exciting for us! We are extremely happy with the high standard of equipment, labor, and customer service that the company provided. We recommend them, without hesitation! Susan and John Johann
