  • Currently my commute is pretty long to work on daily basis which mean I put on more miles and my car needs oil change faster. So I recently called here to see if I need to make an appointment and they told me to just come in and they would take care of it. I came here within few mins and they able to finish up my paper work pretty quickly. As I waited in the waiting room, I think it took them lot longer to get my car inside. Anyways, they were able to finish up the oil change in far about of time but there were couple of things which stood out for me and that's the reason I would not want to come back here. The service rep who worked on my car, left the car in middle of the parking lot. When I walked out, people were having hard time getting around my car and I think one lady was waiting for my car to she can pull her car out. The other thing was that they didn't close the cover underneath my car properly when they changed the oil. I noticed it when on my way home, I started hearing wired noise from the tire. I pulled over and noticed that the full cover is kind of hanging and that's what been making noise. I was so upset, I try to push it as much as I can but I can't believe they would cut corners like that. I would think the service rep must be too lazy to put few screws on the cover to close it properly and park the car in parking spot rather than leaving it out in the middle. I would not go back to this location again!
