Great food - worth the wait!
We arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday night and waited in line for an hour, 45 minutes of which was outside. We made friends with other people in line and started the party. We opened our wine, which made the time go faster. Bring cups and an opener!
For our meal, the four of us shared everything. Universally, I'd say that the smoky, charred flavor from the oven carried through deliciously across all dishes.
-Asado Platter - Fabulous. I would take a piece of the steak on the toast with some sauce - the red pepper was my favorite.
-Sprauhts - Perfection
-Campfire Yams - Unexpected favorite. This was unbelievably sweat and delicious.
-Argentino Ensalada - Great balance to all of the meat we enjoyed.
-Empanadas (chicken and beef) - The only disappointment. There was a lot of dough and wasn't all that flavorful.
The next time we come, I would arrive earlier to avoid the line. Also, I would not get the Empanadas and instead try the chorizo or shrimp.
