  • For the most part employees are friendly and greet you as you walk in. No complaints about the actual store or the goods they carry. I am writing this review about the services they offer. I have been there twice and both times they have screwed up my order! The first time, I got sheets laminated and wanted them to put it all together with a coil binding. The employee that helped me was just careless and punched through all my laminations with a three hole punch (not coil punch) so my laminated books I use for work have three hole punches going though it. There was no way to make new copies of my work. Although he did not charge me for my services because of the mistake, it still looks unprofessional when I used it at work. After the first incident, I decided to give them another chance. I went there to get specific copies of a book laminated and coil bonded again! These pages had to go in a specific order, by page number which was on the bottom of each page. Of course, they bonded the booklet pages in the wrong order! It was not something that could be fixed by unbinding the booklet and doing it again because the pages already had the holes punched into it on the wrong side! Bottom line, these people do careless work. They do not follow instructions at all. From my experiences, they don't care if they screw your stuff up. I was in a situation where both of these booklets could not be duplicated and worked on again! Don't go here if you have valuable work that you cannot afford to have messed up!
