Wow! So the staff is SO helpful UNTIL you have a problem. I tried to return a BRAND NEW dog bed that my dog refused to go near. They told me they didn't accept returns on dog beds because of potential disease issues. What a bunch of crap. First, how many dog owners who BUY THEIR PETS BEDS, neglect shots? Second, it doesn't matter what your stupid policy is. The bed did NOT serve the purpose it was intended to serve. It did NOT work for my pet. Why wouldn't the dog lay on it? Was it the materials? Did he sense something I couldn't? I don't know. Either way, you failed me and you've lost my business. Not only that, but I'll make sure anyone who asks me for a referral to a pet supply store hears why I will never enter your doors again. The common sense step would be to try and do something to keep the customer. I'm not unreasonable. You sold me a product that failed to work. I should be entitled to a refund. Simple.
