  • I was in love with this place until I ordered room service. We ordered food that never came! Which would be fine except when we went to check out... THEY CHARGED US FOR THE FOOD. When we tried to talk to the manager he has dodged our calls and refused to call us back. They say that they leave a message for when people do not answer the room service calls but we received no message. FURIOUS WITH THIS HOTEL. WILL NEVER RETURN AND WILL ADVISE EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER STAY HERE. Sure there could be some confusion with the room service, but for us to call the manager and leave 3+ messages with no response? Not okay.
