  • I am a Residential Realtor here in the Phoenix area, so I've worked with dozens of plumbers before. This time, I needed a sewer line scoped with a camera and I wanted to try someone new, so I called Mr. Rooter last Thursday, asked if they had an appointment this morning (a Sunday) available, and they did! The plumber that arrived was named Donny. He was on time, very friendly, and knew what he was doing. After he had finished scoping the sewer line, he even offered to show me the video feed of exactly what he found and what it meant. I also thought that Mr. Rooter's fee for the camera scoping and the bid to repair what Donny found were very fair. In fact, both the fee and the bid were significantly lower than the last fees/bids I was quoted by another plumber for the same job at another home. I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter, especially Donny, to anyone who appreciates professionalism and experience!
