  • The building is beautiful. It's so tastefully designed and there are no long treks up and around to get to your seat. The bar, as I recall was excellent and the servers were pretty on top of it. Seating. I sat with three seniors that were great company. The tables are tiny so don't expect to put your purse or anything but your drink on it. Personally, I liked the manhattans and I was surprised my bill was not higher. Smith Center contracted the 3 time performer of the year Frankie Moreno to perform a series there. The guy was a child prodigy but woah, he wrote 10 new songs for every show in the series! 10 new songs each week! I had to see this so I went, not really knowing what I was getting myself into. It was quite possibly the best performance I've ever been to. To whomever does the bookings at the Smith Center, thanks for picking amazing talent to perform! Seriously, awesome!! The Smith Center is not a building, it's an amazing collection of people that bring the best talent into a superb venue. I'm 37, there were people of all ages. Dress nicely, avoid flip flops.
