Run from this company. Made a service request on Thursday. On Friday, Consolidated Mechanical called and an appointment was set for them to come out Monday, 1-5. I made sure my cell phone was given and asked for them to call prior to coming. I did not get a call from them, but from AHS stating they couldn't get in touch with me. I immediately called the office... let them know someone was home. I was told that they would let the technician know. About 30 mins later, there was a note on the door. The tech stated that they called at 2:21, no answer (right when I called the office to confirm), then there was no answer at the door. Now... if your customer called and said they were home, why would you not knock? Or if you did knock, as stated, why would you not wait for someone to answer... or novel idea... call the customer when you are told someone is home? Forget about the fact a car is parked in the drive. Seems like the tech wanted an easy out and wanted to get off early. And if it's still the time frame, why not even return when it's YOUR mistake? Instead... they wanted me to wait another 2 days for someone to come take a look at my AC. Should have followed the prior review's stating to ask for another company. Lesson learned.
