  • If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I've never had such terrible customer service. Both employees I came in contact with were very rude. The cashier greeted us by saying "what's your number?" I was helped by cashier 581415. I'll drive across town to avoid coming here ever again. Well done petsmart.
