  • I work nearby so we usually order online. Every time we've picked up our food something is either missing or wrong. I once got a bowl when I ordered a burrito, I didn't get my side of guac, missing chips and I once got a bottled drink with black things floating in it. Today I ordered a kids meal with corn tortillas but instead got cold, stiff flour tortillas. It never fails. I'm very disappointed because I love chipotle. I kept going back thinking it'll be different and better the next time, but unfortunately it's always something. Very disappointed.
