  • If I could leave zero stars I would. This place was a terrible experience from the beginning.... Here is my experience...its long so get comfortable... My husband flipped his race car in casa grand and was taken by ambulance to Chandler regional medical center bc he was a trauma victim. Found out he had eye damage and broke both arms. We were infoemed that he would need plates and screws put in both arms. This was a Saturday night. They said there is a surgeon Dr. Lui that is available to do the surgery. At this point everything is out of network but he was a trauma patient so it didnt matter. They didn't perform his surgery until Sunday evening around 6pm...he was out of the hospital after a few days. They prescribed him enough pain meds only for 4 days.....2 broken arms and surgery on both and that's all he got...so come that Wednesday I called to get more so they had time to do it before he ran out. A nurse never got back to me...called back that Friday and they said the only person that can prescribe narcotics was not in so it would have to wait until Monday. I said he can't wait til Monday his pain was outrageous still. She said then I guess u need to take him to a urgent care....did t care at all. Then the next week on Tuesday I finally got a call back. By that point I remedied the situation myself. Then we see the doc that same week and the experience is just terrible each visit and follow up...they said they would get his physical therapy referral going and he would need to start that asap. The next appt they asked how it was going and I said we haven't started bc u never got the referral to them....so he missed 4 weeka of therapy. the one in may they forgot to charge me for the xray. So they flagged my account and when we came into the office today for our followup I paid the previous xray bill of 85. But of course she wouldn't accept my money until my husband was done checking in on the iPad....why Idk. Then it was a new doctor that was seeing us for this checkup...this is the 3rd doc during this whole process. He came in and looked at the xray and said ya it looks good. Points to a random spot on the xray and said ya see how the bone grew anx healed....it wasn't even where the break was...I was baffled...then he wanted to look at the arm....he looks over at me (not my husband) and said let me see the left arm.....I said ya its my his and that had the injury.....oh ok haha....WHAT IN THE WORLD! HE DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TIME TO REVIEW THE CHART BEFORE HE CAME INTO SEE HIM. So our visit with him lasted a whole 5 minutes and we leave and get to checkout and she said I owe 65 for today's visit that his post op has ended last month. I said I disny know anything about this and no one said anything to me about it at the last visit...they said it was in the paperwork I signed 4 months ago....like wouldn't you give someone a courteous reminder...then she had me sign something saying that the visit was 65 and if the doc had to do more than what that covered they would bill me the rest...I said I better not get a bill he tried examining the wrong peraon and spent a whole t minutes with us...and the nurse that seen him before the doc came in looked at him and said are there any bandages that we have to take off....like seriously...he is sitting in front of you with a t shirt on and his arms on the desk with no bandages...unless there invisible....no there are no bandages... Overall this was by far the most terrible experience ever....rude,not following up, not taking the time to actually care about the patient...my his and said that he feels like a cow being shoved thru a slaughter house.... Terrible. Just avoid this place at all cost.
