  • I went back for my second visit, and I am so impressed with the way the kitchen respects a good piece of fish. I ordered the salmon Caesar salad, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that it was the most perfectly cooked piece of salmon that I have ever had. Not even the slightest bit overcooked, as often is the case. The rest of the salad itself was perfectly fine, but every time I think about that piece of salmon, I wish I had a plate of it in front of me. I'm going to have a hard time not ordering it again the next time I visit.
