  • We have a very shy/anxious rescue dog, Sadie (terrier/retriever mix) and we were very nervous about boarding her for the first time since living in Arizona. We did our research and had a very good feeling about boarding her here. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and everyone seemed to be genuine animal lovers that cared about the wellbeing of our dog. They asked what kind of toys she liked to play with, how she played with other dogs and various questions to get to know her beforehand. I just picked her up today and found that she did great, broke out of her shell right away and ate very well! They had nothing but good things to say about our sweet girl. She was also given a complementary nail trimming and bath before we picked her up! Their facilities are clean and they have a nice outside shaded turf yard for the pups to play. They give a standard 2- 15 min play times per day but you have the option of adding more if you like and other treats and bonus' which we thought was super nice! They also take the dogs out a few times a day for potty breaks. We could not be more pleased with Scottsdale Pet Hotel and will be bringing her there any other time we need to board her! Thank you to all staff for taking such great care of her, we can tell she had an awesome time!
