  • First time staying at the Aria for the AICPA accounting conference. In between sessions, grabbed a quick dinner here with my team. Sat at the bar, Evan totally took care of us. Got me a sweet off-menu vegetarian dish of mixed veggies on top of a bed of Fargo grain (a super grain that's even cooler than quinoa, wow). My guys ordered the Yellowtail thinking it was the sashimi of the day of the special. Evan totally took care of them and got them the right dish. DJ Bob was also killing the decks with sweet tunes. Mad fun hip ambiance. As a fellow DJ, I gotta give respect where respect is due. Will definitely try to dine here again. Really enjoyed it and the vast selection of brews on tap.
